Allow selecting pre-defined skillsets or cheat mode for speedy debugging

For game testing, I want to get into the game quickly, without having to clicklicklcciclkcliclkciklk, so it would be useful to have a drop down or [< button] [selection] [> button] interface, perhaps below the name, to pick pre-defined characters. One of the pre-defined ones should have max speed-enhancing skill (ATM strength I think), so I can quickly test something.
Alternatively we could have a 'debug/cheat' button in the ui or a checkbox in the char creation to boost all stats. Again for debugging purposes.
Also: I really hate when you are given the option to have slow movement speed. I am forced to invest points into the skill that boosts speed because I don't want to die from boredom. Whether or not speed should be skill-based or how is not what I want to discuss here mainly though

I've added an
All average
button, and I've made the default movement faster. This should suffice to fix the slow movement problem (if not let me know).
Strength does indeed boosts speed currently, but that's mostly to demonstrate the influence of skills.
